Job Responsibilities:
  1. Proactively source and build a strong pipeline of new brands, products, and technologies to drive business growth and expand the group’s strategic brand portfolio.
  2. Identify and monitor major local and international trends, including what’s new, bestselling items, consumer insights, industry and competitor mapping & benchmarking, and analysis of market, brand, and product positioning.
  3. Work with senior management and teams across the business to evaluate potential new brands, products, and technologies, develop strategies and plans, and support presentations, pitches, negotiations, and successful go-to-market strategies.
  4. Foster relationships with internal & external business partners.
  5. Manage projects and stakeholders; champion, coordinate, and oversee processes from prospect to launch; track and report progress.
  6. Implement various strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
  1. Passionate about beauty.
  2. High initiative, goal-oriented, and solution-focused.
  3. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline.
  4. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in buying, brand management, sales, or consulting, preferably in Beauty / FMCG / Retail and E-commerce.
  5. Strong commercial acumen, analytical and strategic thinking.
  6. Project management, time management, and problem-solving skills; pitching and negotiating skills preferred.
  7. Verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
