About the Department
UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub2) is a UOB-wholly owned subsidiary and a Centre of Excellence based in Malaysia, providing Group Business Services (GBS) to support the UOB Group. Started in 2021 with technology application design, development and support, InnoHub2 is expanding beyond technology services to deliver other business services to support the Bank's growth ambition. Cash Management Operations Centre (CMOC) is part of UOB's Global Technology & Operations organization. CMOC handles a full range of Cash Management products and services for the bank's Wholesale Corporate and Retail Customers across diverse industries and business segments. The role of Head of Cash Management Operations Centre at IH2 provides management oversight and manages the team in IH2 which serves as an extension to the CMOC team in Singapore.
The key products and services include Inward and Outward Remittance, Inward and Outward Singapore Dollars MEPS Plus Payments, Corporate Account Opening & Maintenance, Corporate Business Internet Banking Setup & Maintenance and SWIFT Operations. For SWIFT Operations, SWIFT Message routing is one of the key activities. Our Remittance processing supports both Wholesale and Retail customer segments. Overall, the team function as an important conduit to support both UOB wholesale and retail customers using our Cash Management services and products.
