Job Descriptions:
  1. Focus on influencing strategic deliverables throughout the organization and cross other organizations depending on the topic. Be responsible and accountable for the development, coordination, and implementation of continuous improvement process excellence (CIPE) projects in administrative functions in the Asia Pacific region.
  2. Provide stewardship to the project team to ensure success and on-time delivery of all CIPE projects in administration by identifying proactive measures for potential improvements and driving continuous improvement in all aspects of assigned projects.
  3. Develop leaders for the CIPE team and ensure employees have the right qualifications, proper training or re-training as required.
  4. Guide the CIPE team in continuous improvement strategies and approaches, including developing detailed project charters, timelines, and work breakdown structures. Execute, implement, and coordinate all activities related to assigned projects, ensuring they meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  5. Collaborate with internal and external teams during projects to resolve conflicts, remove barriers, and achieve project success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Good experience in Industrial Engineering, Equipment Engineering, and Operational Excellence.
  • Proven record in leading Cost Improvement Activities, Performance Measurement, and Equipment Improvement.
  • Experience in C-Level Decision Making, Presentations, and Business Case evaluation.
  • Possess Six Sigma Black or Green Belt certification.
  • Preferably experience with Digitalization Projects, Manufacturing Execution Systems, and Intralogistic/Material Flow Optimization (Lean).
