As the Manager/Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment function across multiple locations. Working closely with regional and site-based leadership teams, you will develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent and support business growth objectives.

About your role

Regional Recruitment Strategy:

  • Partner with regional and site leaders to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify regional trends and challenges to inform recruitment planning and strategy development.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters across multiple locations, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with recruitment goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the regional recruitment team.

Full-cycle Recruitment Management:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates for various positions.
  • Ensure compliance with regional and local regulations governing recruitment and hiring practices.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with regional and local leadership teams to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and other relevant stakeholders to address regional talent challenges and opportunities.

Employer Branding and Talent Pipelining:

  • Develop and execute regional employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice in the region.
  • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership roles, preferably in a regional or multi-site capacity.
  • Strong understanding of regional recruitment practices, regulations, and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
