Job Purpose:
This position responsible to build and drive the customer acquisitions and growth initiatives through various marketing campaigns and promotions, as well as brand awareness.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan and implement customer acquisition strategies and marketing initiatives to drive leads and website traffic, improve engagement, and increase brand awareness.
- Drives continuous enhancement of the brand and brand awareness in the market by promoting the value of the products and services we offer.
- Plan, negotiate and execute promotions and marketing campaigns within cost budget effectively.
- Design, manage and optimize communication strategies focused on attracting, retaining and engaging customers.
- Conduct market research, analysis and interpretation of market data to have customer insights and trends as well as identify opportunity for growth and innovative campaigns.
- Create, conceptualize and manage digital content for Sunway Money via social medias (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, websites, etc.).
- Work internally with the team and/or alongside agencies to execute and monitor marketing initiatives while also managing campaign budget to optimize the ROI.
- Provide accurate and timely information reports and analysis of all digital marketing activities.
- Leverage on business development and operations team to create value to customers by looking into improving the user experience and journey of Sunway Money mobile app and website.
- Develop and review the concept of creative artworks/visuals for marketing purposes.
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent from a recognised university.
- Minimum 5-8 years of related working experience, ideally in fintech, financial services, e-commerce or advertising industry.
- Familiar with social media content generation, campaigns, analytics, tracking and brand engagement.
- Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager, AdsManager, SEO & Google Analytics will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in social media reporting, Google Analytics and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop will be an added advantage.
- Results-oriented and data-driven, able to make data-informed decisions for a marketing plan.
- Resourceful and creative, knack for identifying great creative marketing.
