Job Description & Summary

A career within External Audit services will provide you with the opportunity to deliver a range of Assurance services and business advice to a variety of clients, from small, fast-growing companies to large entities. Our clients are often well-known brands with broad international reach. We focus on leveraging the latest technology to reduce manual testing, allowing you to concentrate on the most valuable areas of client service, enhancing corporate governance, and ensuring the reliability of our clients’ information.

Responsibilities

As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Proactively managing a portfolio of clients, reporting to Senior Managers and above
• Overseeing the financial management of clients
• Participating in business development activities to identify and research opportunities with new and existing clients
• Contributing to the development of your own and your team’s technical skills
• Developing strategies to address complex technical challenges
• Assisting in managing and delivering large projects
• Training, coaching, and supervising staff
• Staying updated on local and national business and economic issues
• Building internal relationships and enhancing your PwC brand

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting with ACA/CA/CPA qualification or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in statutory and regulatory audits, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of IFRS; familiarity with US GAAP is preferable
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Good leadership skills and resilience
• Ability to build meaningful relationships
• Good business acumen
