About the Role:

You will lead a team of Salesforce Marketing cloud mail specialists who design, implement, and improve email and other marketing campaigns within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. You will ensure optimization of features like Journey Builder, audience segmentation, and automation to deliver personalized customer experiences, analyse campaign performance, and achieve our goals through targeted email communications. You will be hands-on and lead the team of 4. You will report to the Senior Manager - Marketing Operations.

You Will:

• Develop and implement email and other omni channel marketing campaigns across different segments using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools, including creating email templates, designing content, and setting up automated workflows.

• Manage full QA to ensure all links work, campaign landing pages are correct, correct rendering on main browsers and mobile devices

• Manage subscriber lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

• Lead a team in a manner consistent with our Management Charter

• Use customer data to segment audiences and tailor email content for maximum relevance and engagement.

• Design complex customer journeys within Journey Builder to deliver personalized email sequences based on customer interactions and behaviour.

• Monitor important email marketing metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and deliverability to create insights and inform future campaign strategies

• Use a hybrid work schedule

You Have:

• 2+ years experience leading an email marketing team

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification

• 3+ years of experience with CRM systems

• 3+ years of experience with AMPscript for dynamic email content

• 3+ years of experience with marketing analytics tools.
