The Role:

  • Lead the Policy Setup and RPA teams to meet and exceed operational TATs and SLAs.
  • Guide the team in performing policy setup according to benefit schedules and client information.
  • Provide excellent sales support to the sales team and management to achieve sales targets.
  • Address urgent requests and resolve complaints from clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead system enhancement initiatives, including UATs, and act as Subject Matter Expert.
  • Drive and oversee system improvements from proposal to completion.
  • Lead process improvement and reengineering efforts to enhance team performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to foster a culture aligned with our Core Values.
  • Promote behavioral standards within the department/division.
  • Ensure compliance with business and regulatory standards, and mitigate related risks.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to safeguard the company.
  • Identify potential risks and share best practices in risk management.
  • Perform other relevant responsibilities as needed.

The Person:

  • Preferably hold a tertiary qualification in Business, Administration, Finance, Economics, or Insurance.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in EB systems like G400 and related processes.
  • Proven ability to improve processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with good analytical skills in basic statistics.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving skills, and a sense of urgency.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Aligned with the organization’s core values and expected behaviors.
  • High integrity, accountable, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Proactive in process improvement and adaptable to change.
  • Must possess EB product knowledge.
