• Create, produce and maintain dashboards for Branch sales staff performance and productivity.
• Develop Sales KRA performance report on a monthly basis for all sales roles under PFS.
• Perform report generation enhancement to automate and shorten the production time, via both Excel and data system.
• Provide functional insights/requirements to enhance efficiency of systems/process controls & automation.
• Conduct branches & sales force productivity measure and report generation to track performance based on goals and targets set by management.
• Coordinate, develop and communicate all sales/product budget allocation with respective stakeholders and management team.
• Manage all assigned tasks using detailed work plans to ensure smooth submission of agreed deliverables.
• Monitor, measure and analyse key performance related items using the right MIS/measurement indicators/tools.
• Communicate work progress to all relevant stakeholders and escalate issues, where necessary and required.
