Job responsibilities
- Develop, manage and continuously improve on design, implementation and enforcement of an effective production planning, product development and S&OP to achieve predetermined KPI and other measurement parameters.
- Lead and innovate the S&OP process on a continual basis.
- Review and encourage team to continuously improve on reliability (quality, quantity, delivery time etc.) of supply sources and backup sources.
- Drive the end-to-end S&OP process across markets and sites ultimately converging in the Executive S&O.
- Oversee supply planning and material planning process, coordinate with demand planning and drive optimum inventory control strategies.
- Develop and drive the team to keep a high standard of 5S and Lean operations in SCM operations.
- Develop and ensure the conformance of supply chain planning operations with ISO and other relevant international certification requirements of customers.
- Lead cross-collaboration across functions (e.g. Sales & Purchasing) to ensure customer sales orders are shipped on time.
- Customers’ inspection audits meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management or planning function.
- Experience in annual budget planning as well as data analysis, resources analysis and costing analysis.
- Knowledge in manufacturing processes, carrier/ forwarder management, inventory management including raw materials right up to finished goods, continuous improvement methods (e.g. process mapping, 5S and Kaizen).
- Ability to anticipate constraints during crisis, and proactively take actions to manage and overcome constraints.
