Responsibilities

1. Sales:
   • Monitor and update daily sales transactions through the developer system to ensure accurate and timely recording of data.
   • Attend to all sales inquiries, including soft and project launches, to meet sales targets.
   • Review and analyze daily sales reports to assess performance.
2. Customer Service:
   • Develop and implement programs to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, aligning with company standards.
3. Marketing:
   • Manage promotional budgets and expenses to achieve sales goals.
   • Develop and execute marketing strategies, including sales planning, pricing, advertising, and promotions.
4. Authorities:
   • Oversee submission of APDL applications, Borang 7F reports, and NAPIC reports to ensure compliance with MOH requirements.
5. Market Survey:
   • Supervise team conducting market research to stay updated on market demands.
6. Sales Documentation:
   • Monitor the signing of Sale & Purchase Agreements and Loan Agreements to ensure completion within 21 days.
7. People Management:
   • Supervise and motivate team members, monitor individual performance to foster a high-performance environment.
