A leading company in the financial services sector is seeking an individual to provide Employee Benefits solutions while driving sales targets in partnership with UOB branches. This role involves supporting various banking segments and requires strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge in insurance, and the ability to strategize for sales success.

The position is mainly responsible for driving sales channel targets at the region level with the Bank partnership (UOB). It involves supporting all segments and UOB branches for Personal Financial Services, Mortgage, Business Banking, and Commercial Banking to achieve yearly targets for Banca. This includes managing internal stakeholders on various strategies and BAU matters.
