The position mainly focuses on achieving sales targets at the regional level through the Bank partnership (UOB). It involves supporting all segments and UOB branches for Personal Financial Services, Mortgage, Business Banking, and Commercial Banking to meet annual Banca targets. This includes managing internal stakeholders on various strategies and operational matters.
