Job Summary
  • Provide Employee Benefits solutions to intermediaries and customers.
  • Ensure the highest level of assistance/support is rendered to intermediaries or customers.
  • Coordinate with internal or external parties (e.g., third-party administrators, TPAs) to ensure service delivery.
  • Align activities, plans, and business decisions with company goals and ensure proper execution.
  • Provide feedback on industry preferences, regulations, and competitors.

The position mainly focuses on achieving sales targets at the regional level through the Bank partnership (UOB). It involves supporting all segments and UOB branches for Personal Financial Services, Mortgage, Business Banking, and Commercial Banking to meet annual Banca targets. This includes managing internal stakeholders on various strategies and operational matters.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
  • Achieve yearly targets and support all UOB branch segments.
  • Support UOB Business Partners through product training, sales coaching, joint field work, event coordination, and business development activities.
  • Promote key KPIs such as NBP, Active Ratio, Productivity, and Average Case Size to align with strategic goals.
  • Encourage a healthy product mix focusing on protection-based products.
  • Support new business penders management and post-sales servicing.
  • Organize and facilitate bancassurance training, client events, and sales activities.
  • Develop strategies and plans to meet regional sales targets.
  • Maintain good relationships with business partners.
Job Specification
  • Possess a recognized Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in the financial industry.
  • Strong product knowledge, especially in insurance.
  • Knowledge of insurance, banking, and other financial products.
  • Sales and achievement-oriented with a positive mindset and team spirit.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, multilingual ability preferred.
  • Willing and able to travel outstation.
