Plan and monitor the implementation of marketing and sales activities towards achieving the company’s sales targets within the approved budget.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Department Operation
  2. Assist HOD in handling problems related to departmental workflow, staff interviews, recruitment, staff appraisals, claims, etc.
  3. Prepare departmental correspondences, reports, and sales and marketing analysis.
  4. Manage and update sales reports weekly and monthly.
  5. Handle developer sales systems, mainly WIZ and/or MHub.
  6. Assist HOD in preparing pricing, budget plans, feasibility studies, projections, tracking GDV and GDP, and marketing costs.

Launching Preparation

  1. Liaise with model makers to ensure accurate construction and presentable models.
  2. Coordinate with illustrators for perspective drawings and 3D renderings.
  3. Collaborate with Project Management for plans like pre-construction, contour, SPA, etc.
  4. Ensure display materials are ready before launch.
  5. Prepare sales kits and marketing tools for sales staff.
  6. Develop pricing proposals.
  7. Send invitations and direct mailers to prospects pre-launch.
  8. Coordinate SPA construction and legal matters with solicitors.

Research and Development

  1. Monitor competitors’ activities and launches for market insights.
  2. Compile and update market research data.
  3. Assist in preparing product briefs and competitor analyses.

Developer’s License and Advertising Permit

  1. Manage submission of documents for new licenses and permits, monitor expiry, and handle renewals.
  2. Prepare and update documents for various industry reports (7F, SPEM, NAPIC, REHDA).

Advertising & Promotion

  1. Work with advertising agencies on concepts and visuals for product launches.
  2. Prepare promotional materials like brochures, banners, billboards, press ads, etc.
  3. Coordinate promotional activities such as exhibitions, roadshows, and events.
  4. Ensure promotional materials are available and within budget.

Authority:

  • Handle location approvals with Local Council.
  • Counter-sign memos, documentation, SPA in absence of HOD.
  • Update monthly marketing strategies.
  • Recommend pricing strategies and product morphology for launches and budgets.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 9-15 years of relevant experience, preferably in property development marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the property industry.
