You fully contribute to the delivery of the route-to-market team's KPIs and annual objectives and drive the national account strategy at a local level in outlets such as cash and carry, multi-site, and other selected food service customers.

How you will contribute:

  • Develop & Drive RTM initiatives in conjunction with the respective markets – Covex, New Distributor Appointment Strategy, ROI model, Servicing Norms, etc.
  • Standardize Market Execution Norms & Ways of Working across SEA; Ensure Tracking on RTM.
  • Drive the adoption of digital technologies in the market (e.g., Image Recognition, Suggested Order, News page Enhancements, etc.).
  • Lead Change Management in market for such projects and ensure implementation.
  • Identify Digitization opportunities in the market, prepare cases for new digital initiatives.
  • Ensure End-to-End execution of digitization projects; provide hypercare for at least 12 months post-implementation.
  • Develop and equip the sales team with the necessary digital skills.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales digital transformation initiatives and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, RTM & CPA, to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
