Job description

Our client is a leading LCC with extensive international and domestic operations across multiple bases in Asia.

They are currently looking for an analytical and data-driven individual to take on the role as Manager, Route Revenue – Australia who will be responsible for optimizing revenue through strategic pricing, inventory control, demand forecasting, and performance analysis, ensuring alignment with market trends and business goals.

The ideal candidate must be a critical and analytical thinker with strong decision-making skills that are data-driven and with a willingness to further learn and grow in the field of revenue management.

This position will require relocation to be on-site in their HQ and will be on expatriate terms.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support revenue strategy development by assisting in pricing, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
  • Monitor market demand, pricing trends, and competitor activity to refine revenue strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to identify revenue optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Conduct industry research to enhance pricing strategies and competitive positioning.
  • Lead and mentor analysts to drive revenue performance and achieve strategic goals.
  • Deputize for the Route Revenue Head when needed.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years in revenue management, pricing analysis, or related roles (aviation, hospitality, retail, or travel industry experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets, data analysis tools (Python, Google BigQuery, or similar a plus).
  • Strong ability to interpret data, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Ability to present findings clearly and work cross-functionally.
  • Skilled in managing multiple tasks, learning new tools, and responding to market changes.
