To ensure the Group's risk management policies and strategies are in compliance with applicable standards, i.e., ISO31000, ISO37001 Anti-Bribery Management System, and strategic imperatives of the Group.

To coordinate and assist in the risk assessment, review, and action planning processes for the Group, focusing on identification of key risk exposures and mitigating action plans.

To review and monitor the risk action plans regularly through communication with various risk owners.

To assist in conducting PESTEL analysis on the Group and identifying current risks related to the Group.

To conduct regular corruption risk assessments and ensure risk control measures are in place in line with ISO37001 requirements.

To prepare, review, and present quarterly risk reports for submission to the Management Risk Team, Sustainability Committee, Risk Management Committee, and Board of Directors.

To review the effectiveness of existing risk management policies/methodologies and recommend relevant changes.

To perform other special projects or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.

To conduct quarterly risk challenge sessions with Process Owners (workshops) for Integrated Projects and International portfolio.

To establish and monitor Group-wide risk & opportunity risk assessment initiatives, including Sustainability Risk & Opportunities assessment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accountancy or related business field. Certificate in sustainability/ESG is an advantage.
  • At least 6 years of managerial experience in risk management, integrity management, internal audit, sustainability/ESG, or related areas in a large organization with local and international subsidiaries.
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Experience with non-financial impact measurement methodologies and climate-related risk management.
  • Understanding of ESG issues, frameworks, regulations, and sustainable finance taxonomy.
  • Good report writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen with strategic and operational experience, able to see the big picture and delve into details.
  • Articulate communicator capable of explaining complex concepts related to integrity and risk management to business leaders.
