Add expected salary to your profile for insights

Not Your Average HR Role. Not Your Average Brand.

We’re looking for a game-changer—not just someone who manages rewards, but someone who redefines them. At Nando’s, we believe great people build great businesses. As our Manager – Rewards & Performance, you won’t just be crunching numbers or ticking boxes. You’ll be shaping the strategies that keep our people inspired, recognized, and ready for what’s next.

From building smarter pay structures to designing performance systems that mean something, to strengthening our talent pipeline. If you're ready to make a real impact and help shape the future of our people strategy, we’d love to hear from you.

Step up. Stand out. Let’s build the future of Nando’s together.

What you’ll do:

1. Total Rewards & Compliance

Lead the design, simulation, and annual review of total rewards strategies, including salary benchmarking, bonus structures, and allowances.

Ensure all reward programs comply with MY & SG labour laws and manage the annual Rewards Communication Plan (e.g., brochures, town hall materials, intranet updates).

2. Data, Reporting & Insights

Collaborate with analytics and Finance teams to deliver accurate and insightful dashboards covering compensation gaps, succession metrics, bonus spending, and promotion trends.

Support cost-of-labour modelling and budgeting processes.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Finance, HR, Restaurant Support, and Casa Operations to drive reward planning, policy alignment, and talent initiatives, including benchmarking, new branch planning, and HR program follow-ups.

4. Performance Management

Coordinate in calibration sessions for key roles and help align KPIs with business goals.

Track performance metrics and progress toward goal completion.

Maintain performance review tools, forms, and rating guidelines.

Work with stakeholders and managers to ensure timely and fair appraisals.

Link performance outcomes to rewards, talent reviews, and succession planning

5. Talent & Succession Planning

Coordinate talent review sessions and manage the bench strength database.

Support the development of competency frameworks and succession identification for critical roles

6. Organisation Design & Change Management

Maintain org charts, support structural changes and new site rollouts.

Assist in managing change efforts through communication planning and stakeholder engagement activities.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

6–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on total rewards.

A strong track record in leading reward projects across multi-location or multi-functional environments.

Bonus points if you have credentials in rewards, succession planning, analytics, or consulting.

Experience in retail, F&B, or hospitality is an advantage, with consulting background viewed as a strong asset.

Advanced skills in total rewards design, HR data analytics, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.

Intermediate capability in compensation compliance (MY & SG), organizational design, budgeting, and change management.

Working knowledge of succession planning, performance management, and tools like Power BI.

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with HRIS and talent systems will be extra advantage.

Some travelling within Malaysia and Singapore will be required from time to time.
