Job description

About the Role:

You will lead a team of Analysts to deliver reports and dashboards. Combining business analysis with technical knowledge, you will understand complex needs, gather and analyze requirements, and deliver accurate, relevant data insights to support decision-making. You will have one direct report and report to the Lead Manager - Business Intelligence and Automation. The role offers a hybrid work model.

You Will:

  1. Lead a team of Analysts, ensuring their work aligns with our strategic goals.
  2. Act as the primary liaison between other teams and Reporting, translating requirements into technical specifications.
  3. Communicate with business teams to clarify requirements and manage expectations.
  4. Manage projects, facilitate UAT, and conduct end-user training for reports and dashboards.
  5. Oversee data management, ensuring proper data sources and improving data collection and integration.
  6. Supervise technical tasks, including quality assurance, testing, and troubleshooting.
  7. Identify opportunities for process optimization and workflow improvements.
  8. Utilize a hybrid work schedule.

You Have:

  • 5+ years in Business Intelligence or related fields.
  • At least 2 years in a team lead role.
  • Knowledge of database management and ETL processes.
  • Experience with analytics.
  • Familiarity with Agile (SCRUM) methodology.
  • Strong communication and management skills.
  • Knowledge of cloud data warehousing like Snowflake is a plus.
  • Experience supporting diverse end-user groups.
  • Knowledge of Python or R.
