Your new role

• Guiding and mentoring the team responsible for coordinating Finance and Asset Management processes.
• Rolling out globally standardised business processes in Finance and addressing specific legal or business needs.
• Participating in global projects and driving continuous process improvements in collaboration with the Global Process Coordination team and regional stakeholders.
• Leading and coordinating the implementation of standard processes across all regional companies.
• Supporting the global implementation of S/HANA for Finance and Asset Management.

What you'll need to succeed

• Expertise in the SAP FI module and asset management, including knowledge of SAP customisation.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a multinational corporate environment, with at least 2 years of team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of process analysis, process management, and governance.
• Experience in international projects and intercultural cooperation.
