Experience: For Manager, a minimum of 5-8 years working experience in banking and operations. For Senior Executive, a minimum of 3 years working experience in banking and operations.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Perform marketing and credit evaluation for the network/business units.
• Recommend suitable Bank’s products that fit customers’ business needs.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external standards, risk, and compliance requirements in all financing activities.
• Provide end-to-end customer relationship management, including account management, coordinating interventions, planning and executing collection and post-disbursement activities, and preparing requests for changes to financing terms.
• Implement and adhere to regulatory guidelines and compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
