Responsibilities :

1. Feed Safety & Compliance

• Maintain and update the Feed Safety Manual (ISO 22000:2018).
• Ensure GMP and HACCP plans reflect current operations.
• Train teams on feed safety procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduled waste in line with legal standards.
• Lead meetings to drive environmental compliance and improvements.

3. QA/QC & Laboratory Management

• Oversee QA/QC and lab operations, team performance, and testing plans.
• Maintain lab equipment, procedures, and ensure calibration schedules are met.

4. Audits & Certification

• Conduct internal audits, liaise with external auditors, and manage corrective actions.

5. Product Quality & Process Improvement

• Lead investigations on quality deviations and customer complaints.
• Analyze trends, update raw material specs, and implement improvement actions.

6. R&D Support

• Collaborate with R&D on product development and validation.
• Ensure quality standards are integrated into new formulations.

7. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain key documents (CoAs, SOPs, etc.) and review lab results for discrepancies.
• Coordinate with other departments for product compliance.

8. Regulatory Affairs & Customer Support

• Support product registration and labeling compliance for local and export markets.
• Evaluate pest control and chemical safety compliance of vendors and contractors.

10. Training & Team Development

• Identify training needs, conduct internal training, and develop successors.
• Support HR in recruitment and performance reviews.

11. Budget & Cost Control

• Prepare departmental budgets and monitor quality-related expenses.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities aligned with company strategy.

12. General

• Develop contingency plans and perform tasks assigned by the Superior.

Qualifications

• Possess a fair command of written and spoken English; able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experienced with QA applications and quality-related databases.
• Demonstrates a high level of responsibility and integrity, with the ability to manage tasks of a private and confidential nature effectively.
• Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, with a positive attitude and the ability to organize work efficiently and perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic work environment.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, R&D, Laboratory, or related fields is required for this position.
