Your Mission

The primary focus of this role is to manage SEA inventory by leading the Purchasing process. This includes overseeing inbound logistics, inventory transfers between countries, and tracking Open-To-Buy utilization. Collaboration with Planning, Merchandising, and Logistics teams is essential to ensure timely stock arrivals aligned with launch schedules.

Key Tasks

1. Order Processing: Oversee the complete order cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Manage stakeholder satisfaction and implement corrective actions as necessary. Collaborate with internal teams, logistics, vendors, and order management to facilitate smooth fulfillment.
2. Country-specific Requirements: Understand and adapt to each country's requirements, such as MOQ and labeling. Regularly check open purchase orders against OTB and coordinate with the Planning team on short-term purchasing needs.
3. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the purchasing team to achieve performance and fulfillment targets. Track POs through factories until shipment readiness, and manage intercompany transfers within and across regions. Promote the use of existing tools and encourage cross-functional adoption.
4. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key metrics to foster continuous improvement. Handle special assignments as directed by management.

Your Talent

Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.

Experience: 6-8 years in retail or wholesale industry, with relevant supply chain experience.

IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; basic SAP knowledge is a plus.

Language Skills: Business-level proficiency in English and the local language.
