Overview
Lead a team of property or building executives and technical services personnel to provide property management services for strata-titled and commercial properties.
Key Accountabilities
- Oversee the operations, maintenance, and administration of multiple developments.
- Prepare, implement, and manage the assigned portfolio financials budget to achieve the company’s financial goals.
- Prepare, implement, and control the Customer Management Programs of the assigned portfolio for achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Implement the preventive and corrective maintenance programs and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of building maintenance and management, for M&E and non-M&E to achieve the company’s goal by meeting customers’ expectations and needs.
- Evaluate the performance of outsourced contractors as per service level agreement.
- Ensure the adoption and compliance of all procurement procedures (SOPs) inline with ISO 19001.
- To fulfill the related government regulations and ensure compliance by all.
Job Specifications
- Qualification: Diploma/Professional Certificate/Degree in Land Surveying/ Building/Architecture/Estate Management
- Experience: At least 5 years of working experience in the related field. Preferably Assistant Managers/Managers/Senior Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent
- Technical Skills: Well-versed in the property market with a general understanding and appreciation of the Building By-laws and other guidelines imposed by Local Authorities.

- Additional Qualities: Ability to develop and implement comprehensive goals, strategies, and action plan; Skills in organizing resources, leading a team and solving problems
- A registered member of BOVEAP (Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents, and Property Managers) is a plus.
