Job Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for flawless execution of projects
  2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  3. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  4. Ensure resource availability and allocation for each project
  5. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  6. Compliance of in-house project delivery methodology
  7. Proper change management as per methodology
  8. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  9. Provide adequate update for each project to the stakeholders
  10. Structured escalation to management if required
  11. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  12. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma holder (preferably Supply Chain)
  2. Experience in Project Management / Implementation focused in Warehouse / 3PL Operations for at least 3 years
  3. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in warehousing
  4. PMP / Prince II certified (preferably)
