Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, layout planning, scheduling, and product development for property projects.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to align project deliverables with market demands.
- Offer expert guidance on the design, planning, and management of architectural, civil, and structural construction projects.
- Review and provide feedback on consultants’ detailed drawings, plans, and schedules, ensuring cost efficiency and technical accuracy.
- Optimize design and construction plans to achieve cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Manage the tender process, including preparation of contract documentation, contractor liaison, and oversight of contract implementation from award to completion.
- Monitor site progress to ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to maintain project timelines and compliance with specifications.
- Conduct site inspections, measurements, and surveys to ensure work aligns with approved plans.
- Assess the technical feasibility of new projects during planning, tendering, or pre-qualification stages.
- Liaise effectively with consultants, subcontractors, liaison teams, and government authorities to meet design compliance and delivery goals.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Planning, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in project planning and development within the property industry, with a focus on township development, landed properties, infrastructure, high-rise, and integrated residential/commercial projects.
- Proven expertise in managing end-to-end property development processes.
- Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements set by relevant authorities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
- Demonstrated leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Independent, resourceful, and innovative with a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt quickly, promote innovation, and drive continuous improvement.
- Willingness to travel, particularly to Johor, Malaysia, as required.
