• Manages all project activities to ensure compliance with the project specifications, drawings, plans, works program, schedules, QA/QC, safety and specific requirements as well as to achieve timely completion of the works and within allocated budget.
• Manages the workflow of all staff involved in the project team including contracts, purchasing, logistics, construction, project administrative staff, engages and manages specialist consultants as required.
• Prepares and monitors the master program, procurement and trade letting schedule and monitors the Construction Managers progress against the critical path.
• Obtain all necessary statutory approvals and certifications from relevant authorities.
• Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, relevant required documentations and presentations.
• Conducts project post-mortems and creates a recommendations report in order to identify the successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Requires to visit site to resolve site issues.
• To manage the team of consultants, contractors in periodic meeting, workshop and discussion.
• To be competence in Building Contract within its liability, rights and implementation method.

Job Requirement:

• A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field is typically required.
• At least 6 years working experience in related field.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Communicating Clearly – Able to talk persuasively, write precise reports etc. Ensure that the communication with project staff using the most appropriate method and level of detail in each case. Encourage everyone to involve with it to share both your commitment to it and confidence about its chances of success.
• Exercise foresight – Making sure you have the information required to make sensible predictions about the outcome of every events. Spotting problems as soon as possible and always have a clear understanding on how they may affect the projects’ progress are important.
• Delegating tasks – Ability to delegate project work and assign various aspects of it to the appropriate parties.
• Organizing work efficiently – Organize and coordinate activities in such a way as to ensure that everyone involved in the project understands what is expected of them.
• Think analytically – Having strong analytical skills in order to make sense of information and find solutions and suggest possible courses of action.
