Job Responsibilities
- Ensure all site work complies with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and company policies
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact
- Project implementation in accordance with the quality requirement
- Rectify quality defects reported by PMCS
- To ensure project implementation in accordance with the safety requirements
- Lead technical and project teams to achieve project milestones
- Ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction
- To consolidate the project data in monthly and monthly report and highlight the major issue for seeking best decision
- Planning and organize staffing requirements for project implantation
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Building Architecture / Construction Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 8 years of working experience in building construction and property development and at least 3 years at managerial position is required
- Managing contractors and consultants on the project implementation
- Familiar with construction management software such as CAD and Ms Project
- Self-motivated and problem-solving skill
- Independent, conscientious, proactive, and technically competent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate, monitor and control the work progress
