Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all site work complies with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and company policies
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact
• Project implementation in accordance with the quality requirement
• Rectify quality defects reported by PMCS
• To ensure project implementation in accordance with the safety requirements
• Lead technical and project teams to achieve project milestones
• Ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction
• To consolidate the project data in monthly and monthly report and highlight the major issue for seeking best decision
• Planning and organize staffing requirements for project implantation

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Building Architecture / Construction Management or equivalent
• Minimum of 8 years of working experience in building construction and property development and at least 3 years at managerial position is required
• Managing contractors and consultants on the project implementation
• Familiar with construction management software such as CAD and Ms Project
• Self-motivated and problem-solving skill
• Independent, conscientious, proactive, and technically competent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate, monitor and control the work progress
