Title and Summary
Manager - Product Management, Marketing Services. The Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge capabilities that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Within the Services organization, Marketing Services places Mastercard at the heart of our customer’s B2C and B2B marketing strategies. Our vision is to become the partner of choice for Issuers and Merchants leveraging our solutions to drive growth and profitability of their customer portfolio.
We are looking for passionate and talented professionals, who share our vision for data-driven marketing products to join us and take a leading role in shaping the growth of our team. This position will report to VP, Consumer Acquisition and Engagement Product Head, Asia Pacific and work closely with the global Marketing Services Product team.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Marketing Services Product Manager, you will be responsible to:
- Support the development & execution of long-term Marketing Services product strategy and client's go-to-market plans for customer acquisition and engagement initiatives across APAC.
- Build differentiated digital marketing solutions leveraging data and martech capabilities to enable B2B2C implementation for multiple customer segments.
- Manage Marketing Services product management including strategy, solution roadmaps, customer experience, operations, business case, and product P&L.
- Build market intelligence, capture customer feedback and contribute to marketing thought leadership in the evolving marketing landscape.
- Foster strong internal and external partnerships to address key business challenges and opportunities across acquisition and spend optimization initiatives for clients.

- Bring the right expertise across mar-tech, data, and digital marketing to deliver scalable solutions that will future-proof the Marketing Services discipline.
- Post Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Business with expertise in Digital Marketing and Marketing technology and proven results in performance management and CRM.
- Integrated marketing experience with key focus on digital marketing in marketing consulting or martech firms.
- Preferred experience in managing marketing products.
- Extremely strong in building relationships and managing stakeholders.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, strong analytical capability, excellent presentation skills.
- Collaborative and not afraid to take thoughtful risks to help Mastercard and the team win in the space.
