We’re looking to add a Manager, Product in Senai, Johor.

As a Manager, Program You will:

• Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs.
• To manage assigned Product Engineers per respective Business Unit.
• To provide guidance for the Product Engineer in order to ensure smooth implementation of new project start-up, transfer, Engineering Change Order and engineering run.
• To provide training for new Engineer on procedures and ISO requirements.
• To follow up with the respective engineer of daily issues with customer/internal staff.
• To lead engineer on customer complaints and urgent quality issues.
• To ensure that ECO implementation in the system is being carried accordingly.
• To liaison with the counter part on all new quotation of assy time estimation for new product.
• To monitor on ECO’s timely closure, implementation onto the line and material impact disposition.
• To follow up with customer on critical problems and work toward a resolution.
• To ensure all workers under his/her supervision have obtained necessary training
• To encourage workers to report violations of company labor and ethics policies
• To ensure identified labor and ethics issues are corrected in a timely manner, etc
• To follow company policies and procedures

What skills and experiences are we looking:

• Degree/ Diploma in Business, Engineering or other related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of Program management experience in contract manufacturing, electronics manufacturing industry or Medical Devices/ Life Sciences
• Able to work in a fast paced environment & withstand pressure.
• Able to work with all levels of people.
• Good written English & communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office- Excel preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP preferred
