· Plan, direct and manages the procurement and inventory related activities of organization.

· Implement strategic procurement initiatives for achieving lowest Total End Cost for general procurement commodity areas. This will encompass sourcing strategies and recommendations for general procurement commodities both for new suppliers, and for improving existing arrangements.

· Managing and optimizing supplier performance, including continuous improvement, innovations, obsolescence and reduction in total cost of ownership.

· Develop, implement and monitor KPIs and daily routine for team members as according to organization policies and procedures.

· Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, and improve On Time Delivery performance, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.

Job Requirements:

· Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Bio-medical Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Health Sciences or equivalent.

· 8-10 years previous experience in related field with a minimum of 3-5 years or more in similar management capacity.

· Knowledge on inventory management is essential.

· Advanced knowledge of procurement principles, theories and processes e.g., supply chain, procurement, logistics, and warehouse management.

· Knowledge of market and industry trends that might impact supply chains and associated costs.

· Driven with positive mentality, strong initiative, resourceful and meticulous

· Proven ability to lead, influence and motivate others.

· Strong negotiation skills

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills

· Language proficiency in verbal and written communication

· Inventory System (HIS) and MS Office applications.
