Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and driven PR & Influencer Marketing professional to support and execute strategic communications initiatives that amplify our brand presence across earned and owned media. You will be responsible for building strong media relations, managing influencer campaigns and driving integrated storytelling that resonates with key audiences.

Role and Responsibilities

Public Relations (PR):

  • Plan and drive initiatives to maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders (media, analysts, influencers, etc.) to build positive brand perception.

  • Develop and execute PR strategies, press releases, media kits, product seedings and communication materials.

  • Build strategic storytelling that links product innovation with culture and passion points.

  • Plan and execute press conferences, media events and brand experiences.

  • Manage day-to-day media relations: respond to media queries, coordinate interviews and cultivate strong relationships with key journalists.

  • Monitor media coverage and ensure timely reporting, analysis and performance optimization to meet set KPIs.

  • Work closely with PR agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution and effective media relations management.

  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaign execution across channels.

  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and cultural moments to identify earned storytelling opportunities.

Influencer Marketing:

  • Identify, evaluate and engage influencers and content creators aligned with brand goals.

  • Build creative, influencer-led strategies by setting measurable goals and executing tactics to boost brand awareness, including coordinating live commerce activations.

  • Develop influencer briefs and manage end-to-end campaigns, including deliverables, timelines and performance tracking in line with campaign goals.

  • Foster long-term influencer relationships through ongoing engagement, seeding, and exclusive opportunities.

  • Govern content output to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, platform requirements, legal standards and influencer marketing policies.

  • Track and analyze campaign performance through dashboards and reports to drive strategic decisions and improve ROI.

  • Collaborate with Social, Brand, and Online Business teams to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaign execution across channels.

  • Work with influencer agencies to identify and engage talent, negotiate deliverables and meet campaign KPIs.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field.

  • 5 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing or brand communications (agency or in-house).

  • Strong network of media and influencer contacts, especially within tech and lifestyle industry.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a plus).

  • Experience with media monitoring tools, social listening platforms and influencer marketing tools.

  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong negotiation skills to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
