Establish & drive PPM (portfolio, program, and project management governance) to realize and maximize business benefits while providing decision support information for Senior Management progress reports.
Key Accountability
Establish & drive the discipline of PPM (portfolio, program, and project management) with regard to project framework, project flow & project tools in MAG.
Analyse and co-manage IT project financials, project schedules, project scope, and project benefits with project or program managers.
Plan and execute ITPM resources (planning, fulfilment, assignment) for IT projects or programs. This will also be a part of the consolidation Group IT People Strategy initiative.
Lead assigned program/project across process groups (Concept / Planning / Delivery / Closure) which includes standard project deliverables or those specific to a project.
Drive IT Portfolio Meetings, implementation of project reporting tools, and project/program level status reporting for any executive reviews.
Qualification & Working Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, IT/Computing, Business or related fields of study with 10-14 years working experience in project/program management.
Professional Certification PMP, PgMP or PRINCE2 with 6-7 years working experience in Project Management Office (PMO).
Skills & Knowledge
Experience in PMO Setup, PMO Management, Governance Definition & Deployment.
Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office productivity suite, especially Microsoft Project.
Good command of English and competence in preparing reports/updates and project documentation that are concise and accurate.
Understanding of project management disciplines.
Experience in benefits realization for projects/programs.
Acknowledgment of accountability within project teams.
Ability to manage changing stakeholders and stakeholders' expectations.
