Job description

Work with the project team, sales & marketing team, corporate communication, consultants, and stakeholders to conceptualize and develop products in compliance with design intent and brief.

Project Planning and Management

1. Plan and strategize project development throughout the entire lifecycle, from Design Development (DD), Development Order (DO), Building Plan (BP), Tender Stage, Construction Stage, to Vacant Possession (VP).
2. Verify project plans, specifications, detailed drawings, and building finishes & materials to ensure adherence to the overall design concept, budget, and industry best practices.
3. Manage the approval process (authority submission), tendering procedures, and create the project roadmap (work program, project plan, construction timeline) and project completion process.
4. Ensure project plans align with authority planning regulations, design intent, timelines, and budget.
5. Coordinate with project team and consultants from planning to implementation, including design, development strategies, feasibility studies, cash flow forecasts, and marketing & sales strategies.
6. Oversee all technical matters during construction to ensure successful completion within budget and cost control measures.
7. Coordinate holistically with relevant stakeholders such as authorities, consultants, and suppliers on project matters.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Education, Experience, and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is required; a Master's in Architecture (Part 2) is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience working with consultants (planner and/or architect) and 3 years' experience with property developers.
• Preferably with exposure to ISO 9001 planning & implementation and Qlassic standards.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to travel to sites.
