Functional (job responsibilities)

• Manage the sales performance of Sales Executives to achieve their individual sales targets.
• Plan and execute team sales strategies to meet monthly and annual acquisition goals.
• Coordinate with credit initiation, policy, and other departments regarding loan acquisition issues.

Managerial (team/group responsibilities)

• Set and ensure monthly sales targets for each Sales Executive are achieved.
• Coach and develop Sales Executives to improve their product knowledge and selling skills.
• Motivate the sales team to foster a highly charged and goal-oriented environment.
• Create a professional work atmosphere that encourages career development and reduces staff turnover.
• Work with CMS to address and resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations.

Organizational (organizational responsibilities)

• Maintain compliance with the bank's policies on personal loan acquisition.
• Ensure the team’s headcount requirements are fulfilled.
• Promote a strong customer service culture among Sales Executives.

Education/Qualification

• Diploma or SPM with sales experience in the financial industry, preferably in a managerial role.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of sales management experience OR
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in loans or the financial industry.
