Functional (job responsibilities)
- Identify and secure new business opportunities by empaneling under-construction projects.
- Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with panel developers, addressing their needs and requests promptly.
- Initiate and conduct business reviews with developers for strategic account planning and collaborative campaign development.
- Perform annual reviews of developers and their respective projects.
- Collaborate closely with the Credit Evaluation Department, Mortgage Credit Administration Department, Sales Channels, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless processes and resolve issues related to EF limits, Letters of Undertakings, drawdowns & etc.
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)- Ensure all end financing processes and activities adhere to all regulatory policies and guidelines.
Organizational (organizational responsibilities)- Represent Hong Leong Bank in the primary property market.
Experience- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
- Preferably Assistant Manager/ Managers specializing in Banking/ Financial Services or equivalent
Special Skills- Mortgage, Relationship Management, Account Management, Business Development, Strategic Partnership/ Alliances
