Job Purpose

Ensures the safe, effective, and efficient operation of the production facility by managing all the production activities in order to deliver final products on time and in line with contract specifications.

Job Description

• Ensures safety and wellbeing of all individuals onsite by continuously promoting, developing, and reaffirming TechnipFMC Health and Management Systems.

• Recruits, manages, leads, and develops the Production team to carry out its functions ensuring quality, efficiency, compliance, safety, and business objectives are met.

• Proposes and implements the department budget including CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) and takes necessary actions in order to ensure that the budget is respected.

• Promotes communication and dialogue between the teams and with the others manufacturing units.

• Promotes and participates in continuous improvement programs.

• Ensures respect of cost, delivery, quality, technical, and safety requirements for every project.

You are meant for this job if:

• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent with 10 to 15 years of experience in the industry including significant managerial experience.

• Very good knowledge of products and manufacturing processes.
