This role involves being a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams, delivering best practice 360-degree planning & performance.

Reporting of the role

- Drive performance strategies and deliver measurable results for diverse and digitally progressive clients.
- Be at the forefront of digital advertising (search, social, online video, etc.), multi-platform deployment, and digital measurement.

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:
- Understand the client’s business, identify gaps and opportunities in digital communications.
- Propose solutions to address short-term and long-term digital gaps.
In six months:
- Become the go-to person for digital insights and activities for the client.
- Establish best digital practices within the business.
In 12 months:
- Mentor team members, handle performance appraisals, and lead projects independently.
What your day job looks like at Mindshare:
- Manage the client’s digital P&L, ensuring growth in digital revenues and profitability.
- Client servicing, relationship management, and demonstrating digital leadership.
- Deep knowledge of client businesses, aligning digital strategies with their objectives.
- Lead a digital team across planning, operations, implementation, and analysis.
- Coordinate with planning teams for integrated campaigns.
- Drive digital investments and innovate media strategies.
- Build and maintain senior client relationships, advocating for bold ideas.
- Ensure optimal digital integration and execution across brands.
- Develop team capabilities and long-term strategic plans.
- Oversee daily team tasks, ensure quality, and efficient delivery.
What you’ll bring:
- Champion digital media, communications, and contribution to eCommerce.
- Experience in digital strategy development and implementation, agency experience preferred.
- Hands-on management of client campaigns and businesses.
- Solid understanding of performance and programmatic advertising.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and multitasking skills.
- Proven stakeholder management experience.
- Awareness of digital industry trends, market, and consumer insights.
- Ability to contribute innovative ideas and deliver award-winning work.
Minimum qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in media agency, digital planning, strategy, or eCommerce roles.
