Job description

Manager, Parts and Inventory (Automotive)

- Lead end-to-end parts planning, including ordering for new models and stock replenishment for existing models.

- Manage international parts procurement, import compliance, and supplier coordination.

- Oversee warehouse performance, monitor stock structure, and implement inventory health improvement initiatives.

- Develop and execute pricing strategies and parts-related commercial policies.

- Support dealer network with parts recommendations, training, order management, and claim parts handling.

- Drive local sourcing projects and manage selected local suppliers.

- Coordinate system optimization initiatives related to EPC, Parts Ordering System, Warehouse Management System, and digital operations.

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry spare parts function.

- Proven track record in parts planning, stock optimization, and dealer support across multiple vehicle platforms.

- Familiar with customs clearance processes and maintaining established relationships with clearance agents and authorities.

- Strong planning, analytical thinking, and independent execution skills.
