The Retail Center of Excellence (COE) is a dynamic regional team at the heart of GrabMart's strategy. We design and build solutions that strengthen our supermarket partners and unlock new growth opportunities. As a regional COE, we create globally-optimized playbooks and provide hands-on support to country teams, empowering them to win in their local markets.

Get to Know the Role

As the Manager for Partner Growth & Loyalty, you are the "Commercial Growth Architect" for our partners. Your mission is to develop and scale the strategies that increase partner sales, grow customer basket size, and build a sticky, rewarding ecosystem. You will own the playbooks for everything from category management and promotions to the deep integration of loyalty programs. You will report to the Head of Retail COE and work onsite at Petaling Jaya office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Develop Category Growth Playbooks: Analyze partner performance to identify growth opportunities in key categories (especially "Fresh"). Create data-driven strategies and playbooks for partners to optimize their assortment and increase basket size.
  • Drive Promotions Strategy: Create the framework and best practices for how partners can effectively run their own promotions and campaigns on GrabMart to drive sales and customer acquisition.
  • Lead Loyalty & Data Integration: Own the regional strategy for integrating partner loyalty programs and data with Grab, creating the unified customer view that powers personalization and retention.
  • Enable Commercial Success: Act as the key enabler for our commercial strategy, providing the data, insights, and frameworks needed to drive partner growth.
  • Drive Partner Collaboration: Lead strategic workshops and planning sessions with partner stakeholders to design and launch growth-oriented initiatives.
