As a regional COE, we create globally-optimized playbooks and provide hands-on support to country teams, empowering them to win in their local markets.
Get to Know the Role
As the Manager for Partner Growth & Loyalty, you are the "Commercial Growth Architect" for our partners. Your mission is to develop and scale the strategies that increase partner sales, grow customer basket size, and build a sticky, rewarding ecosystem. You will own the playbooks for everything from category management and promotions to the deep integration of loyalty programs. You will report to the Head of Retail COE and work onsite at Petaling Jaya office.
