Etika is seeking a dynamic Manager for On Premise & Ancillary Business to drive sales growth. The role involves managing relationships with key stakeholders and optimizing marketing funds. Candidates should have a strong background in Sales/Marketing within the FMCG sector, particularly in the hot beverage industry.

Develops and maintains strong relationships with consumer and trade leaders, industry peers, agents/distributors, and customers to ensure sales targets are consistently achieved while operating within allocated budgets. This includes driving growth in sales volume, market share, and equipment distribution (e.g., coffee machines) at both regional and headquarters levels.
Continuously analyzes evolving customer needs and market trends, assessing their impact on current and future business strategies, and proactively implements initiatives to ensure long-term business performance.
Demonstrates in-depth expertise in On-Premise and Key Account Management, including managing and optimizing the use of allocated Annual Marketing Funds (AMF).
Leads regular high-level business reviews with key customers to evaluate performance, align promotional strategies, and strengthen partnerships.
Collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams including Logistics, Demand Planning, MEM, and Commercial Finance to drive executional excellence and operational efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma or Professional Qualification in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry. Experience in the hot beverage (coffee) sector is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical skills with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Highly self-motivated and results-driven with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Builds strong working relationships with key stakeholders including Customers, Demand Planning, Logistics, MEM, Operations, and HQ teams.
Highly organized and capable of multitasking, with a strong sense of responsibility and a results-oriented mindset.
Collaborative team player, able to work effectively with individuals at all levels and across various functions.
Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.
Computer literate, with solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Must be willing to travel.
