Job Responsibility
- Lead in the review of the current process and product quality control including existing procedures as well as verification and validation methods for operation.
- Institutionalise the improved process and product quality control including change in procedure, training and sustaining methods.
- Oversee the monitoring, tracking and compliance of critical control point (CCP) and control point (CP) for the operations to ensure the process and product meets the intended customer and industry specification.
- Lead the system development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a comprehensive process and product optimisation. Ensure proper documentation, integration, and functionality of system across operations, providing a systematic approach to quality assurance and compliance.
- Oversee the system assurance and integration of digital tools and software for real-time quality monitoring, data collection, and analytics. Implement advanced technologies to enhance operational efficiency, ensure traceability, and proactively identify areas for quality improvement.
- Oversee the integrity and validity of lab processes and results for the operations including development of new test methods to meet new specifications (if any).
- Perform trouble-shooting on any product and process non-compliance to the standards via Design of Experiment (DOE) methodology or any other suitable methodologies.
- Lead in the training of quality control methods and procedures, where required.
- Provide monthly independent reporting on quality including analysis on product and process compliance to the specification, trouble-shooting and/or investigation report on product non-compliance/reject and provide recommendation for solutions.
- Design and implement a Quality Benchmarking Measures/Index for process and products under FGV Plantation.
Job Requirements
