Job description

Manager, Mechanical (Projects & Construction)

Responsible for the technical project planning and management of key projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company plans and priorities, and executing efficiently within time and budget constraints.

Ensure a balance between sustainability, scheduling, and performance for each project, analyzing solutions to problems as needed.

Organize and manage all aspects of service delivery, including design, analysis, training, testing, and solution setup.

Handle all project management functions.

Prepare project scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, and delivery strategies for new projects or responses to client RFPs.

Develop documents and proposals for consultants, clients, vendors, and suppliers' procurements.

Conduct due diligence and feasibility studies before project commencement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Building Services, Facilities Management, or related engineering disciplines.
• Over 7 years of relevant experience in project management for mission-critical facilities.
• Good knowledge of MEP engineering applications.
• Experience in construction management from mobilization to handover.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail.
