Job description

Manager, Mechanical & Electrical (Selangor)

Handling and managing all matters in regards to M&E works.

Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of facilities infrastructure, building, utilities and services of the group’s properties.

Well versed with all laws governing building management and security.

Familiar with QA and energy saving programs, maintenance information system, OSHA & Green Technology and technically sound on energy saving programs.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering with at least 5 years experience in shopping complex or retail building operation, maintenance and support services.

Able to travel to the project sites.
