About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Manager, Marketing (Peripheral) to lead the planning, execution, and lifecycle management of our peripheral intervention product portfolio across the APAC & EMEA region. This role plays a key part in shaping product direction, supporting commercial execution, and ensuring long-term portfolio success in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Job Scope

  • As the Manager, Marketing (Peripheral), your responsibilities will include:
  • Drive product portfolio strategies that align with regional market demands and revenue goals.
  • Lead initiatives to identify new product opportunities and drive innovation by generating and proposing new ideas based on customer needs, market gaps, and emerging technologies.
  • Manage market positioning, launch planning, support product launches, and optimize portfolio performance throughout its lifecycle.
  • Work closely with sales, regulatory, R&D, and education teams to ensure successful product commercialization.
  • Collect market feedback and customer insights to refine product positioning and future developments.
  • Involve in content creation of marketing materials, support promotional activities, and oversee educational initiatives for customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with local country teams to align global strategies with regional market needs, ensuring commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research, identify unmet needs, and generate innovative product ideas to expand and enhance the peripheral portfolio.
  • Collaborate with R&D and project teams to prioritize, design, and develop new product concepts.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis and refine product value propositions to differentiate from competitors.
  • Lead go-to-market planning, launch readiness, and post-launch monitoring of new and existing products.
  • Provide sales teams with necessary tools, training, and competitive insights to promote products effectively.
  • Track product performance, gather market feedback, and continuously optimize the portfolio based on data-driven insights.
  • Work with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders to validate and improve product offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field or marketing.
  • At least 3-5 years of product management experience in the peripheral or endovascular intervention field or relevant product related experience would be desired.
  • Proven track record of managing product lifecycles and launching medical devices would be desired.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams across regions.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
  • Experience working across the region is preferred.
  • Ability to travel regionally to support business needs
