Job Purpose

To support the SGM/GM Business Unit and GM/Head of Sales & Marketing, HOT, in the overall planning and implementation of effective Township and Phase Marketing and Sales Plans, ensuring the timely execution of all new launches as per the Budget Plan for the township under the Business Unit.

Job Responsibilities

Financial

  • Collaborate in developing the Business Plan and Management Budget Plan, including CAPEX Plan and funding requirements.
  • Ensure targeted new product launches and sales recognition are achieved in accordance with the yearly Management Budget Plan.
  • Ensure that A&P expenditures align with the budget.

Business

  • Hold workshops and conduct market research/studies to formulate Marketing Product Briefs for the Product Development Department, ensuring products meet current and future market demands.
  • Formulate relevant Marketing and Sales Strategies to meet targets set for the financial year as per the Budget Plan.
  • Ensure the timely execution of the Marketing Plan in line with the approved Budget Plan for all new product launches, from awareness to post-launch campaigns.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Provide relevant inputs at Client Consultant Meetings (CCM) to ensure the creation of market-driven products.
  • Oversee the preparation and proper briefing of the Advertising Agency to ensure the A&P campaign aligns with the approved Marketing Plan.
  • Coordinate smoothly with Advertising Agencies, Media Agencies, and Media Owners, as well as Marketing Suppliers, regarding job briefs and production processes.
  • Oversee market research findings and formulate pricing and sales strategies, incorporating innovative financial options.
