Job Summary:
The Manager, Marketing & Customer Service is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote the company’s after-sales services, while leading a customer service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role oversees marketing campaigns, brand communications, and service satisfaction initiatives in the automotive service industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the marketing and customer service team across multiple brands or divisions.
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote after-sales services.
Execute marketing campaigns to increase customer awareness and retention.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to guide decision-making.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and strengthen brand presence.
Create marketing materials such as brochures and newsletters to highlight the workshop's service offerings.
Create and curate social media campaigns, including content creation, publishing, and community management.
Share positive feedback and testimonials for marketing purposes.
3. Customer Service Management
Ensure customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints are addressed promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with customers to schedule service appointments.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media channels.
Liaise with service technicians and advisors to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
Educate customers on available service packages and benefits.
Work with the sales and service teams to upsell additional services and maintenance packages.
Collect feedback from customers on the quality of service and overall experience.
Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Work from Monday - Friday.
Willing to work at Chan Sow Lin, Kuala Lumpur.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in customer service and marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
Familiarity with Adobe Express and Social Platform will be added advantage.
Knowledge of automotive after-sales services and maintenance.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
This position that requires proficiency in reading and writing Mandarin.
