Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic communications professional with strong PR and corporate communications expertise who is ready to step up into a management role. This position will lead our Marketing & Corporate Communications department, with the primary focus on corporate reputation, and communications, while also managing and guiding marketing activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven PR and communications experience who wants to broaden their scope by leading a team and taking ownership of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Communications & PR (Core Strength):

  • Drive corporate communications strategies to enhance brand reputation.
  • Lead media relations: drafting press releases, managing interviews, and handling crisis communications.
  • Support leadership with speeches, messages, and executive communications.
  • Build effective internal communications to engage employees.
  • Develop storytelling approaches to strengthen the company’s image and positioning.

Marketing Oversight (Leadership Role):

  • Manage and provide direction to the marketing team on campaigns, branding, and promotional activities.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing content and collaterals across digital, social, and offline channels.
  • Ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Track and report performance of marketing initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong networks with media, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support CSR, sponsorship, and community engagement activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.

5–8 years of experience in PR/communications, with exposure to marketing an advantage.

Strong foundation in PR, corporate communications, and media engagement.

Experience mentoring or supervising junior team members (formal or informal leadership).

Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Familiarity with digital and social media platforms.

Eager to grow into a broader leadership role managing both communications and marketing.
