Requirements
Job Purpose
- To oversee Marketing for Affordable Home Projects (SEED), reporting directly to the General Manager (GM, Development Services).
- The role includes the overall planning and implementation of effective Development and Phase Marketing Plans and ensuring the timely execution of all New Launches as per Budget Plan, as well as clearing unsold stock.
Job Responsibilities
Branding
- Lead Brand Positioning of new SDP product.
- Prepare and collaborate with the central marketing team to craft communication and media plans to implement branding strategy.
Product
- Demonstrate success in positioning and launching differentiated products that meet and exceed business objectives.
- Develop marketing plans supporting products, including key activities and budgets, to retain existing customers and acquire new ones.
- Identify market trends and opportunities, review competitor activities, and monitor changes in consumer needs (Market Intelligence).
Pricing Strategy
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to enhance profitability.
- Formulate pricing strategies based on market intelligence.
- Collaborate with other teams to track cost movements.
- Analyze price change requests considering margin impact, potential volume, and competitor pricing.
- Assist in creating promotional campaigns.
- Track market trends and competitor prices.
- Set marketing objectives, strategies, and action plans to ensure product marketability and salability.
- Oversee product marketing launches, strategize market positioning and value propositions, and facilitate communication and sales.
- Manage end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of all new product launches, ensuring success.
- Implement action plans to market and sell existing stock and completed projects.
Promotion
- Set overall sales strategy, ensure channel and launch readiness, and manage business planning.
- Translate strategy into tactics, programs, priorities, and timelines, ensuring alignment with strategic plans.
- Drive decisions for product lines to identify market opportunities and develop launch strategies.
Pre-Sales Planning
- Develop strategies to reach customers and generate sales leads.
- Provide financial analysis support for sales negotiations.
- Track sales objectives and promotion effectiveness.
- Create promotion analysis frameworks and analyze ROI on promotional investments.
Education & Professional Experience
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably with knowledge in property development, commercial and retail development, or real estate management.
