**The Role: Manager, Manufacturing Operations Management (Production Manager)**quality production in alignment with customer demand and downstream assembly requirements. This role is accountable for operational performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost, while building organizational capability through strong people leadership, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement. The position plays a key role in supporting business growth, product transfers, and longOwn the execution of product transfers and qualifications for molded parts, ensuring robust process readiness and adherence to schedule, cost, and quality requirements. Champion a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with company EHS policies, regulatory requirements, and site standards. Experience leading highon production leadership experience. Strong technical knowledge of molding, tooling, and product transfer, operating in quality and influencing skills, with functional collaboration experienceProven manufacturing leader with hands‐on experience managing injection molding operations and delivering stable, efficient, and safe production in high‐volume environments.
